Adam Witham Presents Summer Research at Hampden-Sydney College

Hampden-Sydney student, Adam Witham, recently presented his Summer Research Project in a public lecture. Students who participate in these projects are among a select group that undertake extended research which culminates in a presentation evaluated on its originality, thoroughness, and quality. His project: "Domestic Terrorism: Deterrence Through Political and Economic Enfranchisement" was innovative and well organized.

A Venable Scholar, Adam serves as Vice President of the social fraternity Delta Kappa Epsilon and as Treasurer of the French Club. He is a member of the Union-Philanthropic Society and the Garnet and Grey Society. Adam is also involved in the College Republicans, Students for Liberty, and the Center for Entrepreneurship and Political Economy. He is the son of Michael & Dianne Witham and lives in Roanoke, VA.
