Christian Hebert-Pryor Receives Public Service Certificate at Hampden-Sydney College

Hampden-Sydney College senior Christian Hebert-Pryor recently received the prestigious James Madison Public Service Certificate from Dr. David E. Marion, Director of the Wilson Center, and Dr. Dennis G. Stevens, Provost and Dean of the Faculty at Hampden-Sydney College, on behalf of the Wilson Center for Leadership in the Public Interest. The Public Service Certificates are presented to seniors who have successfully completed a two-year concentration of classes, internship, and research and who are seriously considering careers in public service.

Christian has serves as a Resident Advisor and is a member of Circle K, the Union Philanthropic Society and the Society of '91 leadership program. Christian, a religion major, is a graduate of Albert Einstein Senior High School in Kensington, MD, and is the son of Ms. Karen A. Hebert of New Orleans.

A private college for men, Hampden-Sydney is ranked in the top tier of liberal arts colleges by U.S. News & World Report. The College is known for its liberal arts curriculum, the Honor Code which stresses individual and collective responsibility, and a focus on the needs of young men.
