Connor Bradley Elected to Phi Beta Kappa at Hampden-Sydney College

Hampden-Sydney College junior Connor David Bradley was recently elected to the honor society Phi Beta Kappa. Membership recognizes the highest academic achievement, moral character, responsible citizenship, and broad intellectual curiosity.

Connor, a Patrick Henry Scholar, is a pitcher and outfielder on the varsity baseball team and was named Academic All-ODAC for the last three years. He is a member of the Pre-Business Society and the Tiger Athletic Club. At Opening Convocation in September, Connor received First Honor, Samuel S. Jones Phi Beta Kappa Award, for the rising senior with the highest grade point average. An economics and business major, Connor is a graduate of Trinity Episcopal School and is the son of Mr. & Mrs. David L. Bradley of Midlothian.

A private college for men, Hampden-Sydney is ranked nationally in the top 100 of liberal arts colleges by U.S. News & World Report. The College is known for its liberal arts curriculum, the Honor Code which stresses individual and collective responsibility, and a focus on the education of young men.
