Drake Bishop Presents Senior Research Project at Hampden-Sydney College

Hampden-Sydney College senior, Drake Bishop, recently presented his senior research project. Each presentation is based on hours of academic work, and the research topics must be interesting and thought provoking.

Johnathon is a member of the professional scientific fraternity Alpha Chi Sigma, Circle K International Club, the science honor society Chi Beta Phi, the leadership society Omicron Delta Kappa, the classics honor society Eta Sigma Phi, and the Pre-Health Society. Majoring in biology, Drake is a graduate of Nottoway High School (Blackstone, VA ) and is the son of John Bishop and Cynthia & Mark Longest.

A private college for men, Hampden-Sydney is ranked nationally in the top 100 of liberal arts colleges by U.S. News & World Report. The College is known for its liberal arts curriculum, the Honor Code which stresses individual and collective responsibility, and a focus on the education of young men.
