Griff Fleenor Named to Dean's List at Hampden-Sydney College

David Griffith "Griff" Fleenor, a student at Hampden-Sydney College, was named to the Dean's List for the Fall semester of the 2014-2015 academic year.

Griff is the son of Mr. & Mrs. Phillip E. Fleenor of Lookout Mountain, TN.

To earn this academic distinction, students must achieve at least a 3.3 semester grade point average out of a possible 4.0. Griff is also a member of the social fraternity Chi Phi which was established, at Hampden-Sydney, in 1867.

A private college for men, Hampden-Sydney is ranked nationally among liberal arts colleges by U.S. News & World Report. The College is known for its liberal arts curriculum, the Honor Code which stresses individual and collective responsibility, and a focus on the education of young men.
