Harrison McNabb Initiated into Chi Beta Phi

Students attending Hampden-Sydney College were recently initiated into the honor scientific society, Chi Beta Phi. Membership recognizes individual excellence and passion in any respective field of science. The members of Chi Beta Phi are to promote interest in science and encourage wholesome fellowship. Chi Beta Phi became a nationally chartered organization in 1925 and has since grown to consist of more than 25 chapters.

Harrison McNabb is the son of Denise McNabb (Roanoke, VA). An Allan Scholar, Harrison is a member of Circle K International and the professional scientific fraternity, Alpha Chi Sigma.

A private college for men, Hampden-Sydney is ranked nationally by U.S. News & World Report. The College is known for its liberal arts curriculum, the Honor Code which stresses individual and collective responsibility, and a focus on the education of young men.
