Henry Loehr Presents Summer Research Honors Project at Hampden-Sydney College

Hampden-Sydney College junior Henry Edward Loehr recently presented his Summer Research Honors Project in a public presentation at the College. Henry is one of a select group of students who undertake summer research in conjunction with members of the Hampden-Sydney faculty. Each project is evaluated on its originality, on the thoroughness of its research methods, and on the quality of its findings.

Henry's project was entitled, " Analysis of Arabidopsis thaliana deletion lines for genomic insertion frequency." An undeclared major, he is a graduate of Western Albemarle High School and is the son of Mr. & Mrs. John F. Loehr III of Free Union.
