Nay Min Oo Graduates from Hampden-Sydney College

Nay Min Oo was among the 212 men who graduated on Sunday, May 13, at commencement exercises marking the end of the 237th academic year at Hampden-Sydney College.

Oo graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in foreign affairs. A graduate of No. 6 Basic Education High School, he is the son of Mr. Kyaw Zaw and Mrs. Ywin Yee of Mandalay, Myanmar, and makes his home in Philadelphia.

A private college for men, Hampden-Sydney is ranked in the top tier of liberal arts colleges by U.S. News & World Report. The College is known for its liberal arts curriculum, the Honor Code which stresses individual and collective responsibility, and a focus on the needs of young men.
