Scott Foster Receives Award at Hampden-Sydney College's Final Convocation

At Final Convocation, on April 24th, Hampden-Sydney College senior, Scott Foster received the Department of Psychology Award.

Scott serves as a Student Court Investigator and is a member of the Clay Target Club. He is also a member of the social fraternity Chi Phi, the academic society Phi Beta Kappa, the Pre-Law Society, the President's Men and Fellowship of Chirstian Athletes. A psychology major, Scott graduated from Hermitage (Midlothian, VA) and is the son of Lisa P. Blake of Glen Allen and John M. Foster of Midlothian.

A private college for men, Hampden-Sydney is ranked nationally in the top 100 of liberal arts colleges by U.S. News & World Report. The College is known for its liberal arts curriculum, the Honor Code which stresses individual and collective responsibility, and a focus on the education of young men.
